A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF)<\/a> deflagrou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (27\/10), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Fagulha para investigar inc\u00eandios e degrada\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental em uma \u00e1rea rural do Amazonas.<\/strong> A a\u00e7\u00e3o cumpriu tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em Manaus (AM).<\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou ap\u00f3s sistemas de monitoramento ambiental identificarem focos de calor na regi\u00e3o. Em dilig\u00eancias realizadas em campo, os investigadores encontraram ind\u00edcios de supress\u00e3o de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa, queimadas em uma \u00e1rea extensa e poss\u00edvel explora\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica do local afetado.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, um dos alvos foi preso em flagrante por posse irregular de arma de fogo. Ele foi conduzido \u00e0 Superintend\u00eancia Regional da Pol\u00edcia Federal no Amazonas para os procedimentos cab\u00edveis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos dinheiro em esp\u00e9cie. No entanto, ainda n\u00e3o se sabe o valor do montante.<\/p>\n

Os fatos apurados podem configurar crimes ambientais relacionados a desmatamento, inc\u00eandio em vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o e polui\u00e7\u00e3o. A PF tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 investigar outros crimes que venham a ser identificados ao longo das dilig\u00eancias.<\/p>\n
